It’s been a while since I’ve done my first What I Eat In A Day post, and I feel like my lifestyle has a changed quite a bit since then so I wanted to do an updated one! I have been a lot more active and as a result of that, I’ve been eating more + healthier, especially in increasing my intake of healthy fats and protein. I’m definitely not a nutritionist/health expert or anything but I just try to put together meals I enjoy eating and are relatively healthy. So… read on if you want some ideas!

Breakfast

  • Whole wheat toast with peanut butter (team CHUNKY :D)
  • Scrambled eggs with bell peppers and leftover sausage from brunch the other day at White Lily Diner (check them out if you’re in Toronto, their hash browns are sooo good)
  • Rasberries
  • COFFEE <3

Lunch

  • Stir fried veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
  • Chicken breast with a bit of Korean BBQ sauce (mmmmm…..)
  • Leftover rice from lunch at Tinuno
  • Sprinkle of seaweed and sesame seasoning

Dinner

  • Rainbow trout
  • Baked sweet potatoes (yes, I’m totally aware I left them in the oven for too long…)
  • Mixed greens salad with avocado, bell peppers, and Italian dressing
